Young Talent Program

The Young Talent Program is a program designed for 3th and 4th year university undergraduate students who will be graduating. Based on the result of certain inventory assessments, selected candidates are put through a training program and prepared for work by ensuring their participation in various development projects. Our goal is to prioritize the placement of young talents who have successfully completed the program for open positions through our companies or to evaluate them as priority candidates for our future workforce needs.
