CLARIFICATION TEXT WITHIN THE SCOPE OF PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW NO. 6698
As Erciyes Anadolu Holding A.Ş. ("Erciyes Anadolu Holding", "Company"), we take all kinds of administrative and technical measures in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") in order to protect your personal data that we process within the scope of our activities. III. Transfer of Personal Data
Taking into account the 8th and 9th articles of the KVKK, your personal data that we process for the above purposes might be transferred to:

- Legally authorized public institutions and organizations in line with the demands of the judiciary, finance, municipality and similar relevant public institutions and organizations, limited to the purposes of the request,

- Erciyes Anadolu Holding and its affiliated companies, business partners, and suppliers in order to carry out the advertising and promotion processes,
- Other private and public legal entities, especially other banks in order to fulfill our legal and contractual obligations,
- Legally authorized public institutions and organizations and judicial bodies in line with the demands of relevant public institutions and organizations, limited to the purposes of the request,
- Erciyes Anadolu Holding and its affiliated companies in order to ensure coordination and cooperation,
- Domestic and international software firms and technology companies in order to carry out our activities through the software used by our company and Erciyes Anadolu Holding, to which we are affiliated, and to carry out the maintenance and repair of the software,

IV. The Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is collected by real or legal persons authorized by us or by our Company to process through

- Verbal, written or electronic channels through our call centers in accordance with your express consent or other personal data processing terms provided for in the KVKK.
This information is collected in order to provide our commercial and administrative activities within the framework of the law and to perform our services in this context, to maintain the commercial life and to fully and accurately fulfill our responsibilities arising from the law.
V. Storage and Destruction of Personal Data
Our company stores personal data in a proportional manner for processing your personal data. Personal data is stored until the end of the period required by the relevant legislation, in case that the purpose and/or reason for processing has been eliminated. When the purpose and reason for processing personal data is eliminated, the personal data will be destroyed when the expiration periods necessary to ensure our obligations arising from the law are completed.
VI. Your Rights by KVKK as Data Subject
In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data that we process:
- Learn whether your personal data are processed or not,
- Learn whether personal data is processed, and request information on personal data if it has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used appropriately for their purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom his personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
- Request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or improperly processed, and request the third party to be informed of the transaction carried out in this context,
- Request that personal data be deleted or destroyed in the event that the reasons for its processing are not fulfilled, despite the fact that it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the Law on KVK and other related laws, and to request that the third party be informed of the transaction,
- To object to the occurrence of a result against yourself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,
- To claim compensation of the damages you suffer from in case of the processing of your personal data in contravention of the law.

Your requests will be evaluated and decided free of charge as soon as possible and ultimately no later than thirty (30) days.
