Erciyes Anadolu Holding had a turnover of 9.8 billion TRY in 2018 (January-December) and 11.2 billion TRY in 2019 (January-December) with an increase of 14.3% . Assessing the financial results at the press conference, SDIF President Muhiddin Gülal said: "We have had a successful year. Upon the holding’s 2019 financial performance, goals and strategies presentation at the press conference, Erciyes Anadolu Holding Board Member and CEO Dr. Alpaslan Baki Ertekin said: “Despite the difficulties of 2019, we continued to attain successful results in international markets with our disciplined management approach and confidence in our country and continued to earn foreign currency for our country. Ertekin noted that it is very important to contribute to the country's economy with exports in difficult market conditions and added: “growth in operating profitability in 2016-2019 was 68.6%, and net profitability in the same period was 75.5%.”

Referring in detail all the investments that are performed in companies and brands, Alpaslan Baki Ertekin stated: "With 7 group companies amongst Turkey’s Top 500 Industrial Enterprises, Erciyes Anadolu Holding has relied on its strong human resources to accelerate brand investments as well as innovation, industry 4.0 and technology investments in 2019. From this vantage point, we try to do our part in the best way possible when it comes to bearing social responsibility; especially dedicated to social responsibility projects in the fields of education, health, history, culture, art and sports.”
