The opening meeting of the 'Young Talent Program', initiated by Erciyes Anadolu Holding to provide university students with work experience in the business world, took place at the holding's headquarters.
The opening meeting of the Young Talent Program, prepared for university students in their 3rd and 4th years and being carried out for the second time this year by Erciyes Anadolu Holding, was held at the Erciyes AnadoluHolding headquarters.
The opening meeting was attended by 56 students who qualified to participate in the Young Talent Program after the general aptitude test and behavioral analysis inventory processes among the 1,630 students who applied, as well as mentors and company executives.
The candidates aim to gain their first experiences in their career journey through the training programs and projects in 11 different companies under the umbrella of Erciyes Anadolu Holding, including İstikbal, Bellona, Mondihome, Boyteks, Hes Kablo, RHG Enertürk Enerji, Weavers, Erciyes Çelik Halat, Elda Halı (Gümüşsuyu), Vellteks, and Boytrans. Upon successful completion of the program, the young talents will be given priority consideration in the recruitment processes to join the holding.
During the opening meeting, Murat Aksu, the Coordinator of Investments and Human Resources, provided information about Erciyes Anadolu Holding and its group companies to the students, and emphasized the importance of the young talent program and the opportunities it offers.
Continuing the program, young talents who took on project-based tasks within the scope of the Young Talent Program last year and achieved success, shared their experiences and gains with new candidates.
