Up to 60% pay rise to Erciyes Anadolu Holding employees
Erciyes Anadolu Holding, hosting the leader brands in their field under its roof, signed a collective labour agreement with the unions associated with Hak-İş confederation. Holding gave the good news to the employees about up to 60% pay rise.
The “Collective Labour Agreement Signing Ceremony” was held at Erciyes Anadolu Holding headquarter. AK Party Deputy Chairman and Local Administrations President Mehmet Özhaseki, Kayseri Mayor Memduh Büyükkılıç, Kayseri AK Party and MHP Deputies, Hak-İş Confederation Chairman Mahmut Arslan, Öz İplik İş Union, Öz Transport İş Union, Öz Ağaç İş Union, Özçelik İş Union presidents, press members and company employees attended to the ceremony.
Board Member and CEO of Erciyes Anadolu Holding, Alpaslan Baki Ertekin, in his speech, stated that after a successful year working and producing together, they reached a decision that everyone would be pleased with in the Collective Labour Agreement negotiations.
Giving information about the rates, Ertekin stated that in the agreement signed for 3 years, the bottom figure would be 60%, and in the 2nd and 3rd years, the raise rates would be at the rate of the rise to the minimum wage.
Stating they include social benefits in the raise rates, Ertekin announced that an increase of up to 84% will be achieved in social benefits.
Erciyes Anadolu Holding CEO said, “I hope that our Collective Labour Agreement will bring blessings to our entire group, especially to our employees and their families.”
