RoboMondi, developed by Turkish engineers, has been unveiled at Mondihome's store in Ankara Polatlı. It greets customers at the door and provides answers to their inquiries while offering detailed information about various product categories.
According to a statement from Erciyes Anadolu Holding, technology that brings speed and convenience to human life is now making its way into the furniture sector.
With the aim of facilitating customers' lives, Mondihome's store in Ankara Polatlı has implemented the RoboMondi project.
The project, realized through the investment of Dekor Mobilya, a Mondihome dealer, takes furniture shopping to a whole new level with the artificial intelligence infrastructure of RoboMondi.
RoboMondi, designed by Turkish engineers, engages customers at the entrance, answering their questions, and providing detailed information about different product groups. Moreover, upon request, the robot also explains alternative options, thereby expediting the decision-making process in furniture selection.
