Approximately 12,000 people attended the "Erciyes Anadolu Holding Hello Summer Festival" organized by Erciyes Anadolu Holding at the Organized Industrial Zone fairground.
The event, named "Erciyes Anadolu Holding Hello Summer Festival," organized by Erciyes Anadolu Holding at the Kayseri OIZ International Fair and Congress Center, was attended by all employees of Erciyes Anadolu Holding in Kayseri, personnel from various companies in the Organized Industrial Zone, Kayseri protocol, and politicians.
Guests were welcomed by a marching band at the entrance, and after getting their meals from the kebab stands, they enjoyed the festival with beautiful songs performed by Ercan Yıldız, Muzaffer Elitaş, and Ayşe Kaya.
Addressing the employees at the "Hello Summer Festival" organized by Erciyes Anadolu Holding, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Baki Ertekin, the Board Member and CEO of Erciyes Anadolu Holding, said, "I am excited to see all my colleagues together; welcome, and thank you for being here."
CEO Ertekin also mentioned the recent good news announced by the President and stated that in line with the President's announcements, they would need to review the human resources for both blue-collar and white-collar workers in July. He said that they didn't anticipate any improvements in July, but following the President's announcements about the minimum wage and civil servant salaries, they had a quick meeting yesterday, and parallel to the President's good news, they also had to make improvements, although he didn't specify the exact amount.
Following Ertekin's speech, the Minister of National Defense of the Republic of Turkey, Hulusi Akar, and Kayseri Member of Parliament Bakir Ersoy also briefly addressed the employees.
After the speeches, the event continued throughout the evening with local artists and performance groups, providing enjoyable moments for all the employees present at the venue.
