In 2009, Boyser completed a project of taking customer calls over mobile hand terminals online. The company also received a TS ISO 10002 Certificate and it will continue to be a leader in post-sales customer service in the furniture sector, providing services in line with its goals.
Boyser is the first company in its sector which has Customer Satisfaction Management System ISO 10002 Certificate, in 2010.

Boyser started to be used SAP MRP system in 2013.
